EXCITING NEWS!!!! Welcome to Relish - New hotmeal provider at Heene
Below is information regarding our new Hotmeal provider - Relish. We are excited to have freshly cooked, seasonal produce in our newly refurbished kitchen (Summer 2025) and are enjoying some delicious meals being cooked here at school.
We very much hope children will give the meals a try as it has proved exceedingly popular in East Sussex Schools where it was rolled out last year.
Children in Year R, Year 1 and Year 2 are eligible for the Universal Infant Free School Meal (UIFSM) but if you think you may be entitled to Benefits-related Free School Meals (FSM) please follow the link here to check entitlement and to receive all the additional benefits, particularly if your child is in Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 or Year 6 as they will benefit from the Relish hot dinners.
Attached is the menu's for the Autumn term, used on a 3-week cycle. Throughout the term we will also have regular theme days ie. specially designed menus for particular days - Remembrance Day, National Fry up day, Christmas Meal etc, you will be notified of any changes to the menus for theme days via email.
Payment for meals (if applicable) is made through Arbor, once you have chosen your meal the payment section will automatically redirect you to the payment section within your child's Arbor profile. Once the meal is taken the cost of the meal is debited from your Arbor meal account.

Debt limits have been set within Arbor. Once you have reached the limit you will receive an email asking you to bring your account back into credit. You will still be able to order your child's meal but they will be served with soup or a wrap until their accounts are recredited.
