We are delighted to share the outcome of our recent (7th July 2026) SIAMS (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools) inspection, which recognised that Heene Church of England Primary School is living up to its foundation as a Church school and is enabling pupils and adults to flourish.
The inspection highlighted the significant impact of our vision, "Together in faith, we love, grow and learn," which was recognised as being at the heart of school life and driving leadership, curriculum development and the care we provide for every child.
Inspectors praised our inclusive and nurturing culture, the confidence and kindness shown by our pupils, the strong relationships across the school community, and the rich curriculum that helps children develop academically, socially and spiritually.
The report also recognised the school's strong support for pupils with SEND, the dedication of staff, the valuable partnership with St Matthew's and St Botolph's Churches, and the many opportunities available for children to develop their talents and interests.
We are incredibly proud of this outcome, which reflects the contributions of our pupils, staff, governors, church partners and families. Together, we will continue to build on these strengths as we strive to ensure every child flourishes at Heene
