Friends of Heene Primary School is a group of parent and carer volunteers, teachers and governors, whose aim is to fundraise through organised events and grants.
We hope to support and enrich the education of our children, whilst also aiming to encourage a sense of community within the school. Throughout the year we organise various events, including two fayres (Summer and Christmas).
All money raised is used to purchase equipment and enrich learning within the school. We are sure you can appreciate the wishlist is ever growing, particularly with the present economic climate affecting school budgets so drastically, so our role within the school is hugely important to support the hard work put in by the staff.
